SJSZ series plastic extruders are conical twin-screw extruder developed and designed by HUASU Company. These series extruders have characteristics of even plasticization, stable quality, high output, wide application, long life span, etc. This kind of extruder can make pipe, board, profile and other kinds of plastic products from PVC powder material directly with different kinds of moulds and auxiliary machines produced by our company.
There are metering and microcomputer two types control of this series of extruder. Main driving has DC inverter and AC converter two types for customers choosing. Main features: high performance gearbox, high precision, wide speed regulation, quantity fixed and forced material supply system, reliable and efficient vent exhaust system, temperature easy control screw core, oil circulation heating, high efficiency with low noise, fined fan cooling, accurate temperature control system and stable speed control system.
